Preheat the oven at 180°. In a blender, combine the avocado, oat milk, maple syrup and sugar. Blend for about 15-20 seconds, until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the spelt flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt then stir together. Pour the wet ingredients from blender into the bowl with the dry ones. Also, add the chocolate chips to the mix and stir together until combined. Mix all the ingredients with an electric whisk. Pour the mix into the oven tray with baking paper already in it. You should be able to stick a fork in the centre and have it come out clean. Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Vegan Avocado Brownie!!!
