Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and cook them in water until get smooth Cut the mushrooms and cook them in the pan Leave the quinoa into warm water until it is completely soaked Wash the tomatoes and cut them in pieces Blend the pumpkin until it is completely smooth The ingredients are ready!! Blend the quinoa until it becomes smooth and place the baking paper on a baking tray Spread the quinoa mix on to the tray in a pizza shape and bake it at 200° for 20 mins When the quinoa crust is cooked start placing the ingredients on top and bake for 5 minutes Here you go!
