Ingredients

  • 2 bigger bananas
  • 125g of raw brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 dark chocolate bar
  • 250g of whole-grain flour
  • 230g of Oat drink
  • 1 tbs of raw cocoa powder* (if you want chocolate ones)
  • raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

1. Smash the banana

2. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces

3. Blend all the ingredients together for the mix, leaving fruits and chocolate chips aside

4. Place the paper cups into a muffin baking tray

5. Place 1 tbs of the mass in each cup

6. Add dark chocolate chunks and fruits (raspberries or blueberries or any you like) in each cup

7. Cover all with 1 tbs of the mix again

9. Preheat the oven at 190° and bake the muffin for 20 mins.

10. Enjoy your muffins!!
